This NGO for the Conservation of Venezuelan Biodiversity - ConBiVe - is a platform for citizen participation on the sustainable development of the country.

ConBiVe, led by young Venezuelans, was founded in 2010. It uses scientific research, education, dissemination and conservation of biodiversity to promote knowledge and a sense of ownership of Venezuela's natural heritage.

It creates scenarios for citizens and institutions participation in the collaborative resolution of socio-environmental conflicts through education for sustainability, and scientific research.  It also includes the implementation of conservation programs for habitats and endangered species as tools to promote knowledge and a sense of belonging for Venezuela's natural heritage.
